  • Outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019 versions default storage capacity is 50 GB.

3. Windows 10/8.1/8 – For Outlook 2010 and Below Versions

Here, two PST files are created:

C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\username.pst (User profile pst file)

Contains Inbox, Deleted Items, Sent Items.

C:\Users\admin\Documents\Outlook Files\user-id.pst (Outlook Data File)

Contains Calendars, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, Journals.

C:\Users\admin\Documents\Outlook Files\user-id.pst (Outlook data files)
